On the news, I keep hearing about the average credit card debt being over $ 10K. I charge everything (and I do mean everything: gas, groceries, utility bills, clothing, etc.) on my credit cards for the rewards points, so I often put about $ 1,500 to $ 2,000 on my card each month. BUT, I pay it off in full at the end of each billing cycle, so I never carry a balance or pay interest.
Am I considered “in credit card debt?” Am I adding to those statistics?
