Depending on what the terms and conditions are for your credit card, generally you can get an increase in your credit limit after you’ve had the card for a while and you’ve been shown to be a reliable and consist cardholder (as in, you pay at least the minimum on your card every month).

Mr. Conyers has done extensive research and listed 101 ways to save money that anyone can use quickly to know where their money is going. His tips will stop your money from “leaking” and get you out of debt. Many of us unconsciously sabotage our budgets by “nickel and dime-ing” ourselves in so many different ways and wonder why we never have money for necessities. Mr. Conyers gives solid advice on where to look for these leaks and stop them completely. His tips are about you, me and people we know and how we may not know the real difference between a need and a want. He doesn’t point fingers to make us feel guilty, but instead gives us solid ways to shore up whatever income we have, to make it last longer and go further. He offers sound advice on the little things you can set into motion immediately to begin to be debt-free. As a former credit and debt consultant, I highly recommend Mr. Conyers book. I suggest going through it and marking your favorite tips that you will use on your next shopping trip. This an easy to read and follow book that is concise with great tips. Given the state of our economy and the importance of stretching our dollars this book should be read by everyone, including our leaders. All of us have got to get our financial houses in order and this book will give you inspiration and guidance.

Speaking from experience, shedding debt does take a great load off of the spirit. Shopping garage sales and thrift stores is not only a way to save money, but you never know what treasures you will find. I sell used books here on Amazon and it is a decent side income and every shopping day is like a treasure hunt. Go find a side business that can help you overcome your debt and begin a new start by taking charge of your money. Grab this book and use it to make that start.
